May 17th Parks and Rec Meeting

Due to COVID-19 the Milford Township Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 7:00 PM will take place electronically due to health concerns associated with COVID-19.

Members of the public may access the agenda materials via the Township website – www.milfordtownship.com beginning May 11, 2021.

Members of the public wishing to watch the electronic meeting may do so by using the link below. If you wish to make a comment you must call in to the number below, please read the procedures for making a comment.

Participants will be called one a time, as would happen during an in-person meeting. When you are unmuted, please introduce yourself by stating your name and address for the record. Ordinance Officer Employment Opportunity

Milford Township is seeking a professional individual for the position of Township Ordinance Officer. Prior municipal experience preferred. This position reports to the Building & Zoning Official and Township Supervisor.

Responsibilities and skills include but are not limited to excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, written and oral communications, keeping detailed records. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Self-motivated, problem solver, with ability take direction and work independently as directed. Must be able to multi-task and work well with current staff in an office setting, in addition to field observation work. The position is 22.5 hours per week.

Flyovers over Milford are scheduled between 11:00am and NOON.

Milford Township Offices - Open by Appointment Only

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services issued an Emergency Gatherings and Face Mask Order implementing new restrictions which will be in effect starting Wednesday November 18.

For the safety of our residents and staff due to Covid-19, Milford Township Offices are open by appointment only.  Please call 248-685-8731 before arriving.  If your business can be handled via email or phone, this method is preferred.

There is a 24 dropbox outside of the building for all Township and Village business, which is checked daily.

Do not pay taxes in person.  Dropbox, USPS, or Online (fee applies) is preferred.

All taxes received will be mailed a receipt.  Please submit the ENTIRE bill when paying.
