Introduction. The site is located at the northeast corner of Milford Road and Pontiac Trail. The existing property is zoned C-2 and the applicant is requesting an approval of C-2 PUD overlay to allow for a mixed-use development consisting of five commercial buildings totaling 33,000 square feet and a multi-family complex with a total of 18 buildings, 175 attached dwelling units on a 35.8 acre property. 

A public hearing  on this project is scheduled for the January 28, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. Residents can make comments during the public hearing.
