Garage Sale Ordinance All signs are not to be placed closer than seventy (70) feet from the center of the road.  No signs advertising a garage sale shall be placed upon any public property. Two signs advertising a garage sale are permitted to be placed upon private property with the consent of the owner of such property. Within 24 hours of the conclusion of a garage sale, all such advertising signs shall be removed.  No person shall attach in any way posters, notices or advertisements to utility poles, meter posts, or trees in or along any street right-of-way within the township; and that no person shall put up any notice upon any building, wall or fence or other property of another person without having first obtained the consent of the consecutive days within six calendar months.
