Sec. 9-1. Fluoridation rejected.
In accordance with the legislative mandate as set forth in MCL 333.12721, MSA 14.15(12721) and in accordance with the terms and conditions as contained therein, the addition of fluoride to all public water supply systems located in the township, as required by the above section is hereby rejected.
