Assessing

Milford Township hires Oakland County to do their assessing throughout the year. You will see our friendly appraisers throughout the Village and Township all through the summer months. Oakland County also provides for an Assessor to be present at each of the three Boards' of Review. Board of Review hearings takes place the Tuesday following the first Monday in March and continues until all appeals are heard.

JULY BOARD OF REVIEW
Meets for one day only on the Tuesday following the third Monday in July, for clerical errors, omissions, hardships and Homestead appeals.

DECEMBER BOARD OF REVIEW
Meets the Tuesday following the second Monday in December for Homestead corrections, hardships, mutual mistakes.
